The above mentioned is the product I was cheated with. I bought this product through Indiatimes shopping (shopping.indiatimes.com).
The product was delivered through courier on 19th of Sept based on the order placed on 8th of Sept.
As I opened it, I learn that it was a partial delivery. It contained only the digital camera, but the free gifts that were promised were not to be found in the pack. Actually, I bought this product just because it would be worth to buy it only with the free items, if not this camera is a total kids piece, even kids wouldn't like it as a toy.
I have made several calls to the customer care, but the calls were in vain, now approximately I have spent more than 400 rupees on the calls, the customer service is so adamant and irresponsible that it fails to provide the right information. When I call, the call is kept on the hold for more than 10 minutes and so you can imagine my situation when Im kept on hold twice or thrice per call.
I strongly appeal to the consumer forum to take a severe action on these fraudsters. Now that people have started doing anything possible to earn a quick buck, this is driving India to wells.
