I had placed an order for jwellery through Indiatimes Shopping and paid through my credit card on 13 September. Till date I have not received the ordered items. On repeated follow up through phone and emails, the only response that is received is "we will revert within 48 hours" or "we are following up with the merchant and will soon revert". I have a complete series of emails evidencing this exchange. I have even requested for cancellation of my order and refund of payment but no response is received.
