Not recieved my free gift flight vouche

I had purchased a set of 20 devtional song CDs from Indiatodaybookclub which had a promotional offer of a 3day 2 night holiday package worth Rs.5000 and a round trip Air Ticket worth Rs.7000. My Invoice Number is ORA090013846 and the request form No. IT14173 was sent to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. P.O.Box No.5042, Bangalore-560001 under certificate of posting on the 24th April. I was to have recieved the flight voucher within 10 days. However till date I have not recieved any flight voucher although almost 2 months have elapsed. Kindly initiate redressal action against the company so that they fulfil their promisses
