I had booked a holiday package offered by india today book club for four people in 3 to 5 star resorts for a total sum Rs 5943/- on 21/4. The payment was made by me on 21/4 itself through credit card and I was assured of receiving all the related brochures within 3 days. My order No. was OGA090037930, and booking I.D was 110026616. But, after not receiving any consignment even after one month, I called up customer care to know the whereabouts. Here I was told that my consignment was despatched by Blue dart courier on 22/4 and the consignment no was 43573028833. I immediately contacted the Blue dart office in kolkata and they told me that the consignment was returned back to India today book club on 25/4 itself as because they did not have the services in the pincode area of my residence in Gangtok, Sikkim. So I contacted ITBC again and gave them the detailed information at which they assured me to redespatch the consignment through another courier within 7 days. But thereafter I have been calling them every 7-10 days and only getting assurance. I must have called them atleast 13-15 times and lodged as many complaints but to no avail. After 3 and half months of mental harrasement I want them to either honour the holliday offer at the earliest or return back my hard earned money. Please help.
