Unable to claim free offers from web site

I had purchased SUR SAAZ AUR TAAL CD packs from India today Which offers free Hloiday package with air ticket.

As per their Invoices instruction Iam trying to claim the same at their web site. Same is not happening last 15/20days.

Pl. reolve the same.
