My Subscription no is ITE1727108 . This subscription is in continuity of subscription paid for the year 09. I have not received copy of my magazine for last two months.
A complaint was lodged with customercare 0120 2479900 . There has been no result. I am now trying for last two days to contact them on phone but everytime the executive appears to be busy and the recorded message says I need to call back later
Most disgusting cutomercare set up. I want my subscription to be refunded immediately
