I was travelling in paschim exp on 09 Oct 10 train no. 2926 along with my wife in AC2 compartment from Beas (Amritsar) to Mumbai on reserved tickets with ticket no. 09877102 and PNR No. 231-0127657. New TTE Mr O P Meena boarded the compartment from New Delhi. My luggage was lying under the seat No.6, which was booked for us, and there was still place available for some more luggage. The TTE asked us to remove the luggage and vacate the entire underneath space for him. When he was told that the space is meant for passengers to keep the luggage, he threatened to throw the luggage out. He was clearly told not to venture such a thing. Then he threatened me that he will make a false case against me for being drunk in the train. I am a serving Colonel in the Army and understand my responsibilities well. The time at which the incident happened was around 1700h. His conduct and behaviour towards the bonafide passengers was most disturbing and he was throughout shouting at me. He also threatened that he will do something to fix me. This is the most disturbing behaviour of an employee of the railways where he can stoop so low to make false allegations. I am lodging this complaint immediately after the incident from my laptop internet connection and if possible someone should board the train to check the authenticity of my complaint before I detrain at Bandra terminus on 10 Oct at 1515h. Railways must punish such employees who tarnish the name of the organisation. I also hope the complaint reaches its logical end and the defaulter is taught a lesson on public conduct.
