Cancellation charges deduct 1900 per ticket and show 750 when booking time

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have made a travel plan from Indiatimes Travel from Hyderabad to Goa and Goa to Hyderabad for me and my wife.

My PNR Number is NZHDKQ and OPDHKJ

The cancellation charges are rs750 per ticket on mentioned on their site are attached in photo. When i booked the ticket in fare rule now they deducting rs1900 per ticket.

Now they says me that it was their mistake on their site.

But by their mistake why they are deducting rs4600 more and told me that they can't revert me back

and consult to airline. When i book ticket from their site why i ask to airline. I have to follow the fare rule they have mentioned on their site.

The Original amount they have to deduct:

My total amount of ticket is: rs 8883

so the the total charges you have to deduct is 3000.

Now you to revert back my money is 8883-3000=5883

But they deduct:

1900*4 = 7600

Please look into this matter.
