Nonavailability of NOC after loan repay

Dear sir,

I hereby draw your attention to the fact that I purchased one Indigo Glx on Feb with one car loan from tata finance ltd (now tata motors ltd) sanctioned on Jan With contract No:-CAR881717.My last instalment paid on Nov but not yet I received my NOC against my Car, inspite that Kolkata office misguided& misbehaved with my representative.

So I do request You to take necessary measures that I get NOC against my car & oblige.
