Not Receiving Pan Card

Respected Sir/madam,

I have applied for a pan card for My father, My Brother and My Uncle. I Deposited all the Three form along with Requisite Fees to Mr. Kanwaljit Singh Sodhi at patiala UTI office 57, Bank Colony on 26th of June. I went to the Patiala office so many times and also made Calls to Delhi UTI Office, But i did not get favorable response. Please send me Information regarding all the Three pan Card.
