Airtel connection not transfered

I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. A Airtel representative came and gave the connection and said it will be active after 2 days but now it is more than a week i have not got the connection because of which i have to come to office and work leaving back my 9 months kid at home to be taken care by a maid. IT WILL BE GOOD IF I GET CONNECTION SOON
