Not opening the saving a.c

R/Sir,

saving a/c for the purpose of pension was opened by me at hingne kh Pune, a/c no 30178622335.

now i had shifted to Parbhani permanantly.

i want to open the saving a/c and latter treading a/c at Parbhani.

on application at midc branch parbhani the concern authority denied to open the a/c, stating that, when one a/c is exist then second a/c cannot be opened, is it so.? and if it is. than, may i open the treading a/c with another d.p.?
