Meter running too fast, therefore getting too heavy bill amount

Dear Sir,

I used to get a reasonable amount of around Rs.200/- to Rs.250/- per month, and the meter running used to be slow, but for the past few years the meter runs very fast, the units consumed has increased due to this, and I am getting an bill amount around of Rs.600/- per month.

and lately the bill for the month of december was not given to us, distributed to all our neighbours in our locality, when enquired with the mseb staff who distributed he gave a very vaque answer that he does not know. Kindly let us know the reason at your earliest.

As I have been a prompt payer of the electric bill, I am worried about it, and don't want any sort of trouble from your Firm.
