Sir/Madam,

i have applied for pan card during the month of NOVEMBER'2007

Ref. Letter No.:- 167680 and the pan Facilitating Service office have intimated that i was alloted by pan no. AGDPT-4936H but till now i didn't received my card therefore i request you to kindly help me out of this situation taking necessary action please
