Dear Sir,

My landline phone No. 27463199 is not working from 28/05 (Dead status). I have paid all my bills and nothing is pending. I have already complained in BSNL website and no action has been taken place, below i have pasted the complaint details done in the website.

I had also gone personally to BSNL Tirutheri exchange (Singaperumalkoil) and requested to attend the fault immdly. but there was no response from the JE, He informed me that we are short of people, it will be rectified soon. but till as on date it has not been rectified.

I request you sir to look into this issue personally and get my line rectified at the earliest as my old age parents are alone once i leave for office.
