For withrawal of pan number, or it should get null &void

it is inform you that apx two year before i applied for new pan card, still i could not get my pan card.only the uti person informed me my pan is akopb7883j

latter on 10 jun 08 i apply for duplicate pan card, but after applying i came to know there is a discripancies in my father's name and DOB

sir it is my sincere requst todays era of financial scam my original pan card may be misused.so you are requsted kindly do my this pan no null and void

previousely i also regstired complaints (no 95122107, 95122108) regarding this matter.
