Updation in Pan card

Dear Team,

I have submitted my original PAN card in pan card department through an agent for updation/ correction it,

I got an acknowladegement number for the same and fulfill the form again with an attested latter of gazzeted officer which department requires, But after so many days still I did'nt get any massege from department whether they recieved all the require documents or not? and what is the present status of my pan card issueance, How many days more I have to wait to fill my this year ITR?

Plaese help me to resolve my problum.
