Pan Card not Received yet after allotment 9 months ago

Sir/ Madam

I Sanjay Kumar Singh, I live at 40, T.N. Mukherjee Road, Makhla, Hooghly, West Bengal: 712245 applied for a Pan Card on 22/11 vide Acknowledge No: 071570300008480. when I search on Net about status of my PAN i knew that A Pan No: BQEPS8864B had alreday alloted to me. but regret till i hav enot received my Pan Card. When i Contacted with NSDL Authority they tell me that Card Had been delivered to me on 17/12.

But regret i have not received the same. so i request you to kindly give me tha address on which the card had deliverd and also give me the mode of post. Card is so need ful me becuase lot of my inmportant work hamper dur to non receipt of the card. so once again i request you to kindly do need full in the matter.
