Landline dead for last 20 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

My landline (26645293) is dead for the last 20 days. Rarely it works with huge disturbance noise and even during this time we can not talk.

So broadband is also not available last 20 days.

I have registered complaint 3 times in Jaya Nagar to Mr. Krishna. But still I could not get my landline and broadband working.

Already we have lost almost 3 weeks.

Please let me know when I can use my landline & broadband.
