Leather jacket faded and torn out without use

Sir,

I have purchased a jacket from renowned indra hosiery in ludhiana in the month of february at the end of winter season and kept with other woolen clothes for use in the next season. Now when i bring out for use, it is a shock for me that it was faded and torn out. When i visit their office/showroom they did not want to listen me.
