Dear Sir,
I purchased a jacket worth Rs 6500/- from your showm Room at G-18, Sector Noida during last Winter some time in Dec./Jan. and has used hardly four or five Occassions and not even done
one drycleaning. Large Nos of Wollen Balls (Royey) are visible accross the Length particularly in the soulder area which indicates the defective Woolen or overaged Woolen Jacket. I took the jacket to your Company Show Room from where I have purchased the Jacket and alsothough the
accepted that its a defective or overaged Products but shown their inability to replace the same as the decision is taken my some Mr Negi who visit once in a Quarter in this show Room and his next visit is not known hence no decision can be taken on replacemnt of the Jacket.
I requested to provide me the mailing address of the concenred person which was not provided and I have been advised to keep on checking after every 15 days about the status of
the complaint.
Thru this communication I would request that my jacket which was purchased by me worth Rs 6500 may please be get replaced.
