Salary a/c activation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have salary account 001401519963 which was opened on 14/08 and got activated on 22/08.

But the cheque deposited is not getting credited. They are saying that the account is not activated. I can check my account on internet showing 0 balance, so please solve this problem...
