Hi Sir/Madam,

This is with ref to my PF ammout withdrawal, I have submitted all the necessary doc to withdraw the PF amount on 24th April.

My PF account # AP/23034/22027.

Here are the details.

Compnay Name: Satyam Computers Ltd

PF account: AP/23034/22027

Till date I have not recived my PF ammount.
