I was serving with M/s Inga Distributors. My Company has submitted my P.F. claim on 16/07 alongwith the required documents and proof. Code No. MH/MLD/14140-A/164 Group No. 8.I regret to write that I have not received my claim nor any correspondence from you.

I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
