Non receipt of P.F

Dear Sir,

I was working with M/S Inga Distributors. My Company has submited my P.F.claim on 16/07 alongwith Form No.19 and 10C and proof of identity duly certified by them. My Code No. MH/MLD/14140-A/164. Group No.8. A Copy of the same bearing your acknowledgement is attached herewith. I regret to write that till date I have not received my claim.

I request you to look into the matter and expedite my claim at the earliest.
