Not issuing NOC

Though I have paid all my dues still I am waiting for my NOC for the CAR loan for the past 4 months.

I sent the details tothe customer service of this bank but no use.

Further I like to go to THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN SCHEME, Chennai

I like to dispose my car but because of non availability of NOC, I am not abel to sell.

Day by day the value of the car is decreasing. Who is going to bear the loss?
