Unprofessional process and miss commitment of PF Withrawn issue

I have sumited all the Docs of PF Withrawn last year November but still now thay are saying PF Officer just came and inspected the records. As per http://www.epfindia.com/indiaepf/Loginnew.aspx is showing the page your clame is not received by this office. Plz help me how to get my PF ASAP .
