PF amount not transferred

Dear sir,

I was working with AVIVA Life Insurance and left that organisation on 30th June 08.My present employer has submitted the request for transfer of my EPF amount to the RPFC, Bangalore vide letter dated 25.09.08. I would like to know when my PF amount has been transferred and for what amount.

My PF a/c with my old employer is DL/25803/81.

My current PF account is KN/25113/20896
