I had purchased HPA6710 desktopon 24/03 from Gurgaon. As per the redemption criteria I have sent the original copy of bill & original bar code with Rs. 999/- HDFC cheque.. Till date i had not received my gift. when i am going to get it? what is the current status? I posted my query on redemptuion site but there is no reply.
You are requested to please let me know about the same ASAP.
