Sub: Service of Water Filter Cum Purifier
Aztec Auto Limited is a unit of Brakes India Limited – TVS Group Purchased GWPDCNOVA00000 I-Nova (WF cum Purifier) during November. We approached the Customer care for Servicing the Water Filter Cum Purifier vide Call No. 68778 dt 19/03. So far No Service Engineer came for servicing the Purifier. Hence we are not able to use the Purified Drinking water. It will affect the Health of all the employees.
From the above incidents, it is very clear that the customer’s problems are not taken care by the authorities at your service center.
Sir, May I have your response on the above subject at the earliest. I feel it is high time that individuals responsible for the above lapses may be dealt with firmly or else, they will spoil the reputation of the company like Eureka Forbes
