Dear sir,
I feel very unlucky that I have choosed to Dell's laptop model Inspiron 7000 since 2006 it's DVD combo gone deffective and I have approached to all the mean and mode to get it repaired/replaced but of no use. As on date the laptop is lying at workshp and there is no chance to get it repaired.
I have also tried to contact Dell India, Banglore but no response only emails for purchase related querry and nobody took the pain to understand the feelings of the annoyed customer.
I don't have power otherwise I will baned the Dell to work in India. Please someone advise me what I have to do?
