Dear Sir/ Madam

Please give me the proper status of my PF details find below.

Name :-Smita Dilip Patil.

PF Number:-MH/934641/1459

You received my PF form on 12 Augast.

And I got also cinfirmation letter from PF office (above Address) on 2nd March 08. In that mentioned, my Provideint Fund was credit by cheque no 326507 in my sallery A/C No : 048010100327428 (UTI Bank, Sitabuldi Branch, Nagpur). But as per my Bank Record, It was not credit.

Kindly do needfull as soon as possible.
