Eplacement of motherboard

Dear Sir,

I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from Delhi. With in two and half years of purchase, the motherboard is creating problem. Now i m facing display problem on my computer due to motherboard. Display is not showing on my system. Product & Markings: D845EPI-D845GVSR; Serial Number: FCSR53204775 AAC45439-303. Please do the needful and process my replacment of motherboard. For any instance or clarification please call me.
