USB & motherboard problem

Sir,

MY MOTHERBOARD NUMBER: BTNL72900RQA AAD97184-102

Since a month my USB (both front & back) are not working, also speaker Jack are not working. Motherboard is Under warrenty. According to my Enginner this is because of Motherboard problem.

I request you to please note my complaint and do the needful ASAP.
