No sound from pc

I have brought a intel mother board from NEHRU PLACE (NEW DELHI) in september. and now it is giving problem to me. Problem is that there is no sound coming from my pc. plz guide me that what i have to do or tell me your nearest location in Delhi or N.C.R.
