Eplacement of motherboard

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased an intel mother board in dated 26 june.

But now it is not working and according to our dealer it is still under the warranty period (3 years). I would like to get it replaced as the broker said that it is the only solution.

Please do guide me as per what steps i should take inorder to proceed.

I hope the needful will be done.
