Non Functioning of Internet Broad Band Connection

Respected Sir,

A news connection was booked on 31-07 for Broad Band Connection, but despite making all efforts talking to different persons in this connection but the connection is still not functional. So, many official were contacted but they did not make any good sense in this regard even the Noda Officer Ruchi Phwa, was also contacted at the Phone No.0121-4007499. Buth this number was always found engaged.

Now I request either the money deposited by me is returned to me or the connection must be in functin immediately.
