Refund not received

I had applied for 128 shares of Future Capital Holding Limited under the IPO vide application form No 35490690 and had paid the application money amounting to Rs 97, 920/-. As per Intime Spectrum's web site no shares were allotted against my application. However till date i have not received the refund of application money. I have written many mails to them but there is no response from their side. They dont even respond on the phone numbers mentioned on their web site. I have also put a complaint with SEBI on their web site but they have also not responded.
