Pan card not yet received

Dear sir,

I havd applied for Pan card for myself on dt. 05 july till now i have not received the PAN Card. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application. Application no#038667192 processing no# 027447552.

I also went to income tax office and enquired about my pancard, they told that they send my card to my office, but still i didn't received my card, could pls send the card to my residence address (21, Kasthuriba Gandhi nagar, A.A. Road, Vyasarpadi, chennai-600039), my phone #9884742236,

Pls do needful for me.
