Consumer No 11796 presently being servised by Coastal Gas.
I had telephoned for a gas refill, on 23rd April 09.
Had not received the refill, till date.
When I called Coastal Gas, they have come up with several excuses.
I had to take leave, and go to the gas agency personally, and only on
insisting on getting the gas, they have given the cylinder to me.
this has put me to lot of hardship, and expense, including a day's
leave.
Pls look into the matter and advise Coastal Gas agency they are a
Service company, not a money making racket.
