Sir, while fueling my scooter at jay radha filling station, iocl retail outlet at bira harekrushna pur, puri i asked for MS of Rs.50/- & 50ml of 2T. The attendant took Rs.12/- for 2T where as he gave me 2T from 1lit pack whose mrp was Rs.170/-.Taking the matter to the manager I was assaulted before other costumers. Finally they told that IOC is not providing 2T pouch and that was the instruction of their owner to sell 2T at Rs.240/- per ltr.
