Delay in refilling of cylinde

Respected sir

I, Muraleedharan I N, is a customer (Customer No: SV-27986) of SHANKAR GAS AGENCY (28/648-L), Chevayoor at Calicut. My family is solely depend on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for cooking needs. We are notable to use one cylinder for more than 25 days. But the refilling of the cylinder lags a lot, nearly 30-45 days. I had booked a cylinder on 17th November but still they have not supplied the cylinder. On my enquiry, they replayed that they could provide the cylinder only after a week. For the past two weeks they are giving the same replay. So I request you that may be taken necessary steps immediately for the refilling of the cylinder.
