We are customer of Zero B water purifier (Purchase a Water purifier for our residence) and our machine is under Annual Maintance Contract with Company.
We report for non working of machine on Thursday 9th Apr. 10.15 AM to service centre (City Palse, Banipark Jaipur) They agree to send tach. but tach. is not come, in evening they told us tach. is reach on Saturday because on Friday is holiday than tach. is not come on Saturday. Again from morning Monday they regularly reply us that tach is reaching your place in some time. Now on Tuesday 12th Apr. they give reply on phone only that your machine's motors is faulty (without visiting our place) and we do have new motor. New motor is available after 4 to 5 days.
We asked for substitute machine but we to surprise to see that your service centre is not provide us substitute machine. (Demo machine is freely available with all your sales people for new prospects but not for your current customer inspite of your Annual Maintance Contract.
Please arrange to solve our problem on urgent basis or provide the substitute machine, till our machine is repaired.
