Apple I Phone 16 GB IMIE no. - 011712003836670 was purchased against cash payment INR 36, 100/- on 15-09-08 from Chattisgarh Cellcom, Raipur.
Since the date of purchase phone was getting "hanged" and it was handed over to the Vendor on 22-09-08 for free replacement. On various occasions vendor and other officials of Airtel were contacted and on 30-09-08 personal visit was made travelling 250 km from Bilaspur-Raipur-Bilaspr. But the callous attitude of the vendor and Airtel officers who do not respond the telephone calls and failed to give any commitment has forced me to think that i had made a mistake of buying a IPHONE and feel cheated.
