Iptv
WRONG COMMITMENT

IPTV / UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE

I am a consumer of the company since 19th June (CAF No. RJ-005630) on assured commitment of an executive/representative of the company Mr. Ashish (mob: 9868332629); who said to deposit refundable security only at the time of connection and avail 6 month free IPTV services as per that time company's policy, which means I have to pay monthly plan charge, which I will opt after completion of six (6) months i.e. from 19th December.

But surprisingly now, 10-12 days before, a message from company’s side came to pay or recharge monthly plan. I contacted Mr. Ashish and recalled his commitment; he accepted his words but showed his inability before his higher official’s new order and suggested to contact Mr. Deepak, his senior. Mr. Deepak also assured that if Mr. Ashish committed earlier then this free service will continue up to 6 month. But again sms message to recharge came & then I rang up company’s complainant/help dept. Jaipur office where they refused to give any complaint no. and just asked me to send a complaint on 2 e-mail addresses, which I sent, but no response came to me and my service discontinued from 9/9.

I asked, is this not a “UNFAIR TRADE PRACTISE”?

Is this not cheating by a company under a big banner who has just tied up with one of the biggest networking PSU BSNL and trying to cheat the consumers of BSNL and others.

I warn general consumer to beware of such type of new company
