Online Payment made but no ticket received

Today morning I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in

Payment was made thru ICICI Bank online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt get any details till now.

I tried calling up the Chennai number given in irctc.co.in and also mailed to [email protected] but havent received any response till now.
