Dear Sir,
I had booked an i-ticket (PNR NO. 8450184199) on 11-2-09. This ticket was
delivered to a wrong address by the courier delivery boy. At present the
ticket is untraceable. In view of this fact, I would like to know the
procedure for canceling the said ticket. I would be highly obliged if you
can kindly guide me in this situation.
In this reagard I written to IRCTC they replied ticket is delivered with sign & phone, then again I written to IRCTC ticket delivered but at wrong address. After this there is no response from IRCTC.
Please Help me
