Amount debited twice from account

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked ticket from Lucknow to New Delhi on 16 march 09 from lucknow swarn shatabdi and the journey date is 20th march 09 and the payment mode is corporation bank net banking and the cost of the ticket is Rs.1595 and Rs.12/- transcation charges, but unfotunately the above said amount has been debited twice from my account.

So, i request you to see this matter and credit Rs. 1607/- (1595 12) in my corporation bank account.

This is my first mail to IRCTC after that i have sent number of mails to irctc and give all the proof that shows the amount debited twice for the same ticket.

But unfortunately i'm still waiting for response.

Pl. do the needfull to solve my issue.
