Dear Sir/Madam,
On 23rd Aug I filed a TDR from my IRCTC online account (User ID: s_240405). Train was late more than 3 hours. But after approving this TDR GGM refund only 50% of my ticket charge. But according to Railway Rules I should get 100% refund if the train was late more than 3hours. Please inform me what is the reason of 50% refund. I think it is a fault of Indian Railway. Please solve this problem and refund me 100% of ticket charge. Hope you will accommodate this request. An early reply will be appreciated.
