Amount was credited but didn't recieved the ticket

Dear sir and Madam,

I tried to book my ticket through IRCTC on 23rd November. When I paid the amount from my debit card the amount was credited from my account but I didn’t received my ticket.

The transcation detail (for debit card) are here:

Atm card number: 6220180016800037182

User id: fataltroop (for irctc login)

Account no: 00000011168422136 (SBI)

The tickets detail are as:

Date of journey: 27th November

Train no. 0414

Boarding station: Ludhiana (LDH)

Upto: Varanasi (BSB)

Class: sleeper

So I kindly request you to get my money back.
